ISIS more popular in France than in Gaza based on a recent poll. 16% of French people support it against 13% in Gaza. UK has 7% supporters while West Germany has 2%.
It is ironic but by no means impossible that far-right Islamophobia would rise in Europe alongside a greater approval of the Islamist group ISIS. Extremism is often reactive and ideologically divergent.
